The Environmental Compliance Program is maintained to ensure University compliance with various federal, state and local environmental regulatory compliance issues.
Compliance areas encompassed under this program include: air quality, chemical and petroleum bulk storage, oil spill prevention, control and countermeasures (SPCC), stormwater and wastewater, asbestos management, emergency planning and community right-to-know, and pesticide use.
